eXp’s nonprofit, eXtend a Hand  is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing financial assistance grants to eXp agents and employees facing hardship. Since its founding, eXtend a Hand has provided relief to more than 900 agents and staff across the U.S. and globally.

• Unexpected hardships that prevent agents or employees from working  

Impact So Far

• Hundreds of wildfire and hurricane victims have received emergency disaster relief, helping them find safe shelter and food.
